Finally! The new demo "Under Your Skin" arrived today from the Czech Republic blistering hot from the presses! You can buy it at HiFi-Kollektivet in Arvika and Knastret in Karlstad. You can also order it by sending us an e-mail to mind@subsonic.se.

Subsonic Mind had a busy weekend. First we played at Alcazar, Stockholm. It was a perfect place for metal industry rock´n´roll! Five bands played, and the club was crowded with rock abusers. Afterwards we planned to go to Karlstad. There was only one problem: our parking house was closed! Well, it all turned out fine. We called a Securitas guard, but in spite of a million keys and three different locks, he was unable to get us in to the parking house. However, at the opposit side of the street, there was a small jazz pub called Glenn Miller Café. They treated us well and served us free Frenet Branca and beer. Robert managed to win some money at the poker table. And best of all: they had a key to the parking house! Many thanks to the super friendly staff at Glenn Miller Café! Click pictures to view photos.
After a long night ride in Jolene´s Saab, and a short stop among some christmas trees, we came to Karlstad. Saturday night we played at Arena, and managed to squeeze in 45 minutes of energy into 10 minutes. But we were beaten at the finnish line by Kilroy. They won a gig at Arvikafestivalen. Well deserved! Yesterday Subsonic Mind played at Landsbylarm. It is a competition, and the price is a gig at Arvikafestivalen next year. Subsonic Mind made it to the final! It takes place at Arenan, Karlstad, next saturday. Click pictures.

Back home again after our tour in the south of Sweden. At Ronneby we played for a bunch of dedicated metal-heads, and that´s always nice! Great response from the audience. KB in Malmö is a well known rock club. We met some nice people, like the members of Disco Error, another band playing that night. At The Tivoli in Helsingborg we did our best to blow the minds of the audience, and we like to think that we did! Check out pictures at citysajten.com. More pictures will be out on our site soon.

Hamnfesten took place a hot evening in Arvika. Subsonic Mind entered the scene after an orgie in rock´n´roll by Mama Kin. After 45 minutes of Subsonic Mind´s metal industry rock´n´roll, it was party time! Subsonic Mind, Mama Kin and some more people kept on partying. Someone decided to have a contest: stay awake as long as possible! We are sorry to announce that Mama Kin won, when Lisa finally fell asleep at 11:00 on sunday morning... Congratulations, Mama Kin!.

Robert did a great job at the latest gig at Elm Street, and during the recordings of the new demo he didn´t mess up more than the rest of the band. He is now a permanent member of Subsonic Mind. Welcome, Robert!

Elm Street is a great place to visit if you are in Oslo and looking for a rock club! Subsonic Mind and the Norwegian metal band Abzintas tried their best to blow the ceiling off the place. We are sad to announce that Jimmy has left the band for family reasons. We wish him all the best! At the moment, we are trying a new bass player, Robert Brahn. His first gig will be at Elm Street, Oslo, 2004-08-05.
